Introduction
Welcome to Swift Maxicab SG. By accessing or using our website and booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.
1. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or contact number.
Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message or email with trip details.
Please ensure all information provided (pickup location, destination, time, contact details) is accurate.
2. Payment Terms
Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or other available payment methods at the time of booking.
Full payment is required before or at the start of the trip unless otherwise agreed.
Any additional charges (e.g., waiting time, extra stops, midnight or public holiday surcharge) must be settled at the end of the journey.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled trip may incur a cancellation fee.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 3 hours of pickup time) are non-refundable.
4. Waiting Time & Additional Charges
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for standard transfers and 60 minutes for airport arrivals after flight landing.
Additional waiting time will be charged at SGD $15 for every 15 minutes after the grace period.
Additional pickup points may incur an extra charge between SGD $10 – $20, depending on distance.
5. Service Policy
In case of vehicle unavailability, we reserve the right to upgrade to a higher-capacity vehicle at no extra cost.
Swift Maxicab SG will not be liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or other conditions beyond our control.
Passengers are responsible for their belongings; we are not liable for any lost or damaged items.
6. Conduct and Safety
Smoking, drinking, or consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
Any damage caused to the vehicle due to passenger negligence will be charged accordingly.
Seatbelts must be worn at all times during travel.
7. Changes to Terms
Swift Maxicab SG reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
